Registration Information

Dates

Please note the dates of each class. Registration should be completed at least five days prior to the first class meeting or by the stated deadline.

Late Registration

Please contact Community Education to check on the possibility of late registration. Do not simply show up at a class- it may be full or canceled. Late fees will apply to classes that have deadlines to order supplies, t-shirts, etc. Check class listing for late fee amount.

Reservations

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis with payment. Confirmation of registration is provided via email.

Minimum Enrollment

All classes have a minimum enrollment. If we do not reach that minimum and have to cancel, you will be called.

Early Registration

With payment is encouraged. It helps ensure that classes will be held, your place is reserved, and instructors will have needed materials prepared.

Phone Calls

Phone calls do not reserve your place in a class. Your registration is complete only when you submit a registration form and payment via online/mail drop-off.

Attendees

You do not need to be an Aitkin School District resident to attend Community Education classes.

Refunds

All fees will be refunded if a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or if the class is already filled. Cancellations made after stated registration deadlines or within 48 hours of the class will not be refunded. There will be no refunds after a class begins.

Hold Harmless

I hereby hold harmless Aitkin School District 0001, its officers, employees and agents from any damage resulting from an injury insured by me or my child while participating in the above mentioned programs. I understand the Aitkin School District 0001 assumes no responsibility before, during or after the program. By signing this form, I am allowing photos to be displayed in publications or communications.
